Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

This will permanently delete your VitaGuard account. It deletes your synced health records, your profile, AI Doctor Reports and doctor connections. Any remaining paid-plan time is lost. Deleted data cannot be restored.
Delete in the app
If you can sign in to the VitaGuard app:
- Open the app and go to Cloud.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Read the warning, then enter the code shown to confirm.
The app then clears VitaGuard’s data from that phone as well.
Can’t use the app? Request deletion here
Enter the email address of your VitaGuard account. If an eligible account uses that address, we email it a confirmation link. The link expires in 30 minutes and can be used once.
Opening that link and confirming is how we check that the request comes from the account owner. Nothing is deleted until you confirm.
No email after a few minutes? Check your spam folder, make sure you used the address you sign in with, or contact support@vitaguard.health from that address.
What is deleted
When the deletion completes, we immediately remove from our active systems:
- your blood pressure, glucose and insulin records;
- your medications and medication logs;
- your profile and health targets;
- your AI Doctor Reports;
- your doctor connections, and the doctor notes and alerts about you;
- your subscription records;
- feedback linked to your account;
- your email address and password.
You will be signed out everywhere.
What is kept, and for how long
- An anonymized account record for 30 days. It holds an internal account number and the deletion dates, with no name, email or health data. It is used to finish the deletion safely and is then permanently removed.
- A pseudonymous deletion record. It holds a keyed hash of the internal account number and the dates, with no name, email or health data. We keep it so the deletion is applied again if we ever restore a backup.
- Encrypted backups. Backups made before the deletion can contain your data until they expire on our rolling schedule (up to 24 months). Any restore re-applies recorded deletions first.
- Emails already sent. These, for example alerts already sent to a doctor, cannot be recalled.

Good to know
- Deleting on this website does not remove data stored only on your phone. Uninstall the app, or clear its data, to remove it.
- If you bought a subscription through Google Play, cancel it in Google Play. Deleting your account does not cancel it.
- Want to keep a copy? Export a backup from the app before deleting.
